Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is a great way to work with individuals on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviours. It can help people make connections between their thoughts, feelings and behaviours and put tools in place to challenge those thoughts.
Our aim is that at the end of every session you will leave with something practical to help you move forward. That may be a new way of processing what we have talked about, trying a new technique. We want you to leave each session feeling empowered.

We can provide face to face for those in and around the Halesowen area OR zoom for those who are further afield. We currently support adults and children up and down the uk.
