Live chat service
Clear Minds Therapy service provides a live chat service to adults and children in the UK. The service aims to provide short term advice and guidance on mental health and emotional well being issues. It is not a crisis service or suitable for those who are experiencing suicidal thoughts.
You can use the live chat function on the Clear Minds Therapy website during our opening hours. We will reply to you with our help and advice. Our aim is to respond within 24 hours.
Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interests is to provide mental health support to those who need it.
Referrals
Adults may refer a children to Clear Minds Therapy by completing a referral form, they may also refer themselves or another adult with their consent.
We collect personal information about the person making the referral, including their name and contact details. This is so we know who has made the referral and the relationship between them and the child or adult they are referring into the service. We may also share the referrer’s information with other organisations if we are worried about someone’s safety.
We will also collect the details of the person who is being referred into the service so we have as much information about them so we can ensure the support we give is appropriate.
